LiveSanta.chat (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by ThinkHoos Ltd (ICO Registration: ZB961616). We provide an online interactive Santa chat experience for families.

Who can use the service

Only adults aged 18+ may create accounts. Parents/guardians may create caller profiles for children, who may use the service under adult supervision.

Information we collect

• Parent account: email, Firebase authentication data
• Caller profiles: name/nickname, age, interests, optional memory facts
• Credits: text message usage, voice credits, reset times
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device type
• Chat messages: only processed temporarily; not stored permanently

How we use the information

• Generate chat responses via OpenAI gpt model
• Provide Santa’s voice using ElevenLabs
• Transcribe user audio using OpenAI Whisper
• Authenticate accounts and store caller profiles via Firebase
• Process payments via Stripe

Third-party processors (sub-processors)

• OpenAI – for generating Santa text responses and transcribing audio (Whisper). API data is not used to train OpenAI models.
• ElevenLabs – for generating Santa's audio replies.
• Firebase / Google Cloud – for authentication, Firestore storage, security rules.
• Stripe – for payment processing.
• Netlify – hosting + serverless functions.

International transfers

Data may be processed globally with protections under SCCs and adequacy rules.

Retention

• Caller profiles: until deleted by the parent
• Server logs: short-term
• Payment records: up to 6 years (legal requirement)
• Chat memory: stored only locally in your browser

AI nature of the service

Santa on this website is an AI-generated character. Responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Parents should supervise children at all times.

Payments

Users may purchase voice credit packs (one-time purchases). All payments processed by Stripe. Credits have no monetary value.

Prohibited behaviors

• Entering harmful, explicit, or abusive content
• Trying to bypass Santa’s character
• Attempting to exploit the chat system

We provide the service “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for inaccuracies generated by the AI system.

Refund Policy

• Credits were not delivered
• Technical failure prevented use
• No more than 1 credit has been used
